If a railcar type is known, it is a good idea to call KASGRO Rail in advance to check on availability of equipment prior to or during the Railroad Clearance Proposal Stage. The railroad will make the final determination as to car type utilized.

Before KASGRO Rail can supply a heavy duty railcar for your loading you must first contact the servicing railroad to obtain clearances. Once the servicing railroad has confirmed a dimensional loading can be moved from origin load point to destination unload point, the railroad will issue a railcar order to KASGRO Rail for the specific car type used in the clearance process. Charges are applicable as referenced in applicable Freight Tariff RIC 6740-G.
